We aim to deliver your order quickly and securely.

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
During busy periods (e.g. holidays or promotions), processing times may be extended — we appreciate your understanding.
2. Shipping within Australia
We use Australia Post for all deliveries.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather, postal delays).
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Occasional free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.
4. International Shipping
At present, CoolHed primarily ships within Australia.
International customers may contact support@coolhed.com to request custom shipping options.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you.

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.
6. Delivery Issues
If your parcel appears delayed, please first check the tracking details.
You may contact Australia Post directly or email support@coolhed.com for assistance.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels
CoolHed is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or delayed once handed over to Australia Post.
In such cases, we will assist you in lodging an investigation with Australia Post but cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before checkout.
CoolHed is not liable for delays, losses, or extra shipping costs due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
If your parcel is returned to us, re-shipping fees will apply.
9. Pre-Orders and Back-Orders
If your order includes pre-order or back-ordered items, the full order will be shipped together once all items are available (unless otherwise stated).
