1. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

- Incorrect selection (including size, colour, or quantity)
- Misuse or failure to follow product instructions
Please ensure you review all product details and your order carefully before checkout.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you believe your product is damaged or faulty, please contact us
within 7 days of delivery at support@coolhed.com and include:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the faultOur team will assess the claim.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty due to a manufacturing
defect, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Full refund
We may request the item be returned for inspection before a replacement or refund is issued.
CoolHed reserves the right to refuse claims that show signs of misuse, wear and tear, or damage caused by the customer.
3. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will verify and correct the issue at no additional cost to you.
4. Returns Process
If your return is approved, we will provide a return address and
instructions.
Returned items must:
- Be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
- Be sent via a trackable shipping method
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrectly sent by CoolHed.
CoolHed is not liable for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to a confirmed fault or CoolHed error.
Refunds are issued only for products deemed eligible under this policy.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for faulty or incorrect items and depend on product availability.
If unavailable, a money-back refund (where applicable) will be provided.
7. Sale or Promotional Items
All sale, clearance, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
